Park Hotel - Thurso

The property is pleasant and bright and the staff is efficient! The restaurant is good with good food. The service is exceptional, includes easy to access parking. Recommend this hotel, I will be back.

The Standard Double Room featured a decent layout, perfect for a family stay. With solid references to cleanliness, the room felt fresh and inviting despite a few quirks.

Breakfast transitioning from table service to a mini buffet within weeks was a letdown. Noise from a wedding reception echoed well past midnight, slightly marring the night's rest. Confusion over menu pricing led to an uncomfortable interaction, even though the issue was eventually resolved. The shower temperature fluctuated, which might bother some but worked in a pinch. A lack of coffee-making facilities was like a missed opportunity for a proper morning boost.
